Bad Debt Sentinel

Motivation

The first line of defense – whenever any position in a Volt whitelisted PCV venue is recognizable as bad debt (not profitably liquidatable) and is above a threshold size, allow permissionless calling of the BadDebtSentinel with a PCVGuardian role, which can withdraw PCV from that venue and also pause further PCV deposit into the affected venue. This can be automated to ensure it occurs immediately when bad debt is detected.

Status

The sentinel is in the design phase and will go live soon to further protect Volt holders against losses in yield venues.
